This is super easy, barely a recipe since there’s no real cooking involved.  It’s a good summery recipe that may just make you feel like you’re in Greece. 

I’m writing this recipe as a way to use Homemade Coconut Almond Granola.  There are endless ways to enjoy your granola, but this is just a little inspiration.

 

Total Time:  5 Minutes

Makes 1 Bowl

Difficulty Level:  Easy

 

Ingredients

2 black mission figs

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt

¼ cup Homemade Coconut Almond Granola

Drizzle of honey

 

  1. Quarter the figs.
  2. In a bowl, add the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle ¼ cup of granola on top.
  4. Add the figs, and finish with a drizzle of honey.
